Kinesiotaping is a rehabilitative taping technique designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion. It also provides extended soft tissue manipulation to prolong the benefits of the manual therapy work done in office.
Nutrition
While nutrition seems complicated, we keep it simple.
The right nutrition is a massive part of the healing process and living with vitality. It may seem very complicated, but most people can use a common sense approach that will guarantee them greater health and energy. Human beings genetically evolved to thrive on a certain kind of diet: whole-food, plant-based, with wild-caught, grass-fed protein sources and water. While nowadays, we can certainly add some more fun things, the idea is to eat nutrient-dense foods to nourish our cells and energize us. We'll work with you on how to eat in a way that works for your life and what supplements you may need to take to fill in the nutrient gaps.
